How much is the HOA?

HOA varies depending on the square meters of each unit. Ask a sales agent about specific HOA pricing for the unit of your interest.

Do the units come with appliances?

All Caivamá units are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Sayulita such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric-stove, washer & dryer and other specs that you can find a detailed list of in our Profile Sheet.

Does the master bedroom fit a king bed?

Yes. All Master bedrooms in all units can fit a king size mattress.

Does Caivamá have parking?

Yes. Caivamá has private parking located 4 blocks away from the building for residence owners. Onsite, there is a motor-lobby with valet parking service where you can leave your car or golf-cart which can be stowed securely away by the valet.

Where can I charge my golf-cart?

On-site at the motor lobby, you can temporarily charge your vehicle. If you have purchased or have your own designated parking, you can charge it directly at the private parking lot.

Does it have a storage room? What's the cost? What are the sizes?

Yes. There are (1m long x 1.5m width x 3m height) storage rooms available for purchase. You can ask a sales agent about availability and prices.

Where can I store my surfboard or longboard?

There is a Surfboard Storage area in the motor lobby available for use by residents. This has a water source with a hose in a cleaning area so that you can rinse off your gear and body before heading up home.

Are there furniture packages available?

Yes. These will be available to choose from before having your unit delivered. We will have an interior designer assist you in the final selection process. We understand the hassle and time-consumption of having to independently purchase all furniture, decorations, and electronics to have your unit ready to move in or if you want to rent your unit. What does Caivamá mean?

Caivamá is a word in the indigenous Huichol language that means “at the bottom of the hill” which has proved its point at such a location in downtown Sayulita. Caivamá has been built on a steep hill that starts at street level and tops off at 38 meters height giving the project massive 360 views of the ocean & lush jungle terrain.
