Clean streets for the bare feet at Sayulita thanks to the annual World Environment Day.

Each year in early June, we celebrate the World Environment Day by picking up trash and cleaning the streets and beaches of our beloved Sayulita. Hundreds of locals, visitors, and private companies pitch in to maintain Sayulita a clean and remarkable home and destination.
Our construction crew and other members of Caivamá and Stately Developments were honored to help out during this amazing celebration of union and social conscience as Sayulita becomes more internationally known through is constantly increasing tourism.
It is an unfortunate truth that most real estate and hospitality developers in the area, represent a negative impact both on the community and environment, because their lack of social consciousness; which ends up wasting valuable resources that make Sayulita such a magical town.
In every project we participate in, we take our time to study the town and local community to understand the main problems on a deeper level. This allows us to integrate specific features accordingly that can better the town and development.
The lack of updated sewage and water distribution systems has created huge water shortages in Sayulita. This shined light for us on the need to install a waste-water management facility at Caivamá that will help purify and re-utilize water through intelligent filtration and water distribution mechanisms.
We are proud members of Pro Sayulita* and we will continue to constantly preserve and spread the ecological conscience amongst our investors, team, and associates because we know that united communities thrive and vibe better. It is our duty as community members to help in any manner to keep Sayulita as clean and safe as possible.
