An Evening to Remember at the MUMA Sky Bar Launch Party

Good music, great vibes, beautiful people, and spectacular panoramic views of the warm Sayulita sunset. The recent inauguration party for MUMA Sky Bar, our signature Rooftop Bar & Lounge, proved that we are not only leading the way in creating stunning residential developments in Riviera Nayarit, but also that the user experience and closeness to the Sayulita community is what we’re all about.
At Caivamá, we specialize in building solid professional bonds and generating strong personal connections among members of a vibrant multicultural community such as ours. With this in mind, we decided to dedicate this launch party to one of our key allies in the industry: MexHome Real Estate and their fantastic team of sales professionals.
Our special guests included, of course, a select group of exceptional people we care about and look after, such as MexHome's top broker Tessa Stobbe; two of our most beloved buyers, Ana Aviña and Marco Villa —who made history by being the first person to dive into the MUMA Sky Bar pool— as well as some of the best brokers in the business who graced the event with their presence.
MUMA Sky Bar is set to become one of the best rooftop bars in Sayulita (did we mention the panoramic views are spectacular?) For this long-awaited launch, the delicious hors d'oeuvres dishes were provided by the talented local Chef Blake Joffe, with the creative mixology of Javi De León, based on 100% Mexican distillates like Mezcal, Raicilla and Tequila.
The icing on the cake, according to the more than 50 attendees, was the meticulous live music selection. The sensual mix of funk, jazz and house live music played by DJ RRRRegis and Jorge Aguilera, kept the rendez-vous alive well past midnight. Definitely, an evening to remember.
Very soon, MUMA Sky bar will be open for all our buyers and guests to enjoy one of the best spots in all Sayulita, along with Caivamá’s signature cocktails.
